Account deletion is permanent.
The fastest way to delete your Strenko account:
Deletion takes effect within a few seconds. Your profile, step history, friend graph, status messages, device tokens, and any OAuth credentials we hold for connected devices are erased. Friends and other participants stop seeing you on leaderboards and in challenges. Encrypted database backups are overwritten on their normal rotation cadence.
If you can no longer sign in (lost device, forgotten password that reset email isn't reaching), email [email protected] from the address tied to your account. We'll verify ownership and delete the account for you. Please include the email or username associated with the account.
If you only want to disconnect a device but keep your account, the Devices tab has a per-provider disconnect that revokes the OAuth grant and wipes the tokens we hold.
